About Me

It is my honour to be your coach! I believe my experience and education makes me a competitive coach.

I have sound knowledge on the functions of the brain which provides further insight  and understanding in assessing individuals with their mental health. I am aware of the many different counselling strategies and techniques used when working within the mental health population. I am an excellent communicator and listener. I am passionate about helping people to reach their fullest potential. I enjoy learning new skills that will further my development within my career.

Outside of my career, I am a deaf advocate for the deaf and disability community. Myself, who is a deaf person, my goal is to teach others how to be inclusive. I always wanted to make a change in the deaf community. It is important that we use our voices to overcome our issues. I have a huge passion to see people succeed!
